The effects of Covid-19 worldwide changed our focus to creating a world-class organization that develops in communities of all ages a deep understanding of the importance of having the proper education and training to fully participate in the new Global Economy.

We are committed to preparing our Youth and Adults to participate in the new global economy that generates $20 Trillion Dollars and serves 474 million people per year by breaking down economic walls and removing the social glass ceilings.

Developing economic and social capital will be at the forefront as we help people recover from Covid-19. The purpose of the organization is to help people develop the specific knowledge and skills that will allow them to experience ongoing Personal Prosperity.

The Strategic Plan is to provide to communities ongoing personal and professional development opportunities to work with World-renowned leaders in fund development, community business strategy, employee relations and legal services, music industry, record deals, movie deals, acting deals, performance contracts, music scholarships, apprenticeships, internships, STEM and social emotional leadership training (social justice, diversity, equity, exclusivity, inclusion) in hopes of each Youth and Adult accomplishing their personal life goals of securing a seat at the table of success!

We will Partner with the general public, public and private schools, corporations, universities, federal government, state government, local government, national and international for-profit and non-profit organizations. The organization will support programs world-wide.

Academy Lifetime Monthly Seminar Subscriptions: After graduating from one of the six or nine-month certificate programs, clients can continue participating in networking and professional development seminars in all academies. Corporate/employment mediation or legal services will also be offered at a reduced rate per year (one phone consultation, one mediation or written letter, and one document review). These services are only for Lifetime Monthly Seminar Subscription holders and will be provided by our partner corporate and employment law firms. COMPANY BUSINESS STRUCTURE

The Thorpe Enterprise LLC has acquired the domain name, launched the site, registered the LLC with the Virginia State Corporation Commission, secured an office location, secured a business license from the Fairfax County Tax Office and has entertained partners at the $100 million dollar level and higher.

The Thorpe Enterprise LLC will transition into a sole-member non-profit organization in the Fall of 2023 to serve the broader community.

COMPANY AND MANAGEMENT

The Founder and CEO, Mr. Shawn C. Thorpe is a multi-million dollar fund developer that has raised $45.7 million dollars with 23 years of “career experience” valued at 1.2 million in arts, education, partnerships/mergers and fund development with 231 local and international partnerships. Funds raised supported programs for 150,000 students and 200,000 community members in partnership with 231 organizations. Currently, the company has 78 independent contracting experts to support the company.

Partner for-profit funding organizations and investors will introduce business owners to the funding and investment industry process and the multiple streams of available funding through monthly business strategy sessions.

  • Objective 4: Youth and Adult clients will perform each year for the IMPACT Conference at the end of the program.
  • Objective 4: Youth and Adult three year program students will leave the program with record deals, movie deals, acting deals, performance contracts, music scholarships, apprenticeships and internships.
  • Objective 5: The program will help performers and actors meet the SAG-AFTRA membership requirements.
  • Objective 6: Youth and Adults may become part of the Arts & Entertainment program after age 18 to become freelance performers or artist for contracted events. This will be offered through a low-cost monthly subscription service to all participants.

  • Objective 2: The Executive Education Certificate, Social Emotional Leadership will be presented to clients at the end of the 9 month fund development program. Partner universities and social emotional organizations will provide leadership training in social justice, anti-racism, diversity, equity, exclusivity, inclusion, access, leadership styles, learning styles and how they all fit together in a leadership framework for personal and professional daily success.
  • Objective 3: The Executive Education Seminar Certificate, Social Emotional Leadership will be presented to clients at the end of the 9 month Ongoing Monthly pre-paid business strategy sessions offered through a monthly subscription service.
